Prior to her legal career, Ms. Lomond worked as an Industrial Security
Specialist for the Department of Defense, Defense Investigative Service. In
that capacity, she inspected and educated government contractors in the
physical, personnel and electronic security and handling of government
classified information for various Defense Department agencies.
