In the interests of client confidentiality and privacy, we do not advertise our fees in a public forum. However, our initial conference is always without charge if you decide not to retain our firm. At this meeting, in addition to finding out what legal services you need, we will explain all our fees fully and then provide you a fee contract or letter of representation so that there will be no unexpected costs for you. For our personal injury cases, which are typically handled on a contingency fee basis, we will provide a list of standard expenses and what charges, if any, are made for these expenses. For instance, in our personal injury cases, we will never charge you for mileage expenses for trips within and between Jefferson County, Bullitt County, Oldham County, Shelby County, Spencer County, Washington County, Nelson County, and Hardin County. The goal is for you to know what to expect so you can make an informed decision on who to select for your attorney.
